Just make sure to find a very blackpilled ENT specialist, who is aware and works with blackpilled maxfacs and blackpilled orthos. First blackpilled dentist visit at 5 years old, and always expansion if needed, not extraction. If after expansion, proper lifestyle, nutrition and oral habits, the kid is still recessed at 8 years old, then it's time for IMDO/Lefort and custom lingual braces.

TL;DR: make sure the kid has optimal nutrition, proper oral posture, plays sports and is social. Get him surgery if needed at 8-10 years old and just say it is some "normal dental treatment like every other kid has", so he doesn't experience surgery stigma and doesn't even notice. Use the kid's summer holidays for this, no one will notice and just think it's a normal growing pattern, even your kid.
