Fatkillers into philtrum??

I am asking because i couldnt find much tho i did my research but the problem is dont see it quite often people inject fatkillers like lipolab or aqualix into the philtrum, but still it does a minor change because as far as i remember there is a small fat tissue in the philtrum , i know it wont fix a long philtrum but most people with long philtrum have a cuck lip from the side , what do yall think , is it cope to inject a fat killer into the
