Easiest way to not be a fat fuck is just replace foods you like with nonfat/low carb versions


My favorites:

Skim milk - tastes the same as whole to me

0% greek yogurt - tastes the same as full fat

Lean beef - tastes better with less fat imo

Low fat cheese - tastes the same to me

Mung bean noodles - pretty good for soups but they expel water easy so they suck for spaghetti

Greek yogurt ice cream- yasso bars are actually good as fuck and only liek 100 cal each

Egg whites- one of my favorite foods


Dislike/haven't tried yet:

Shirataki noodles- haven't tried these because all the ones I see come pre cooked, probably full of plastic

Diet soda- I like the oreo coke zero lol but soda is for subhumans

Fiber tortillas- haven't tried yet

Carb smart hamburger buns- haven't tried yet

Artificial sweetener- hate the taste of all of them except stevia, but stevia is still bad for you

Low-carb chips- some of them are pretty good but usually shit ingredients


Please suggest some more leanmaxxor foods saars :p

People will do anything to justify their sugar addiction.

Just fucking eat raw meat and raw animal fat. It’s not that hard.

0% yoghurt fat tastes like nothing bro. I usually eat like 2% or just go full fat when I'm not trying to cut fat.
 
ninja creami is lowkey goated

it uses some technology that was previously only available to restaurants i think
u can make relatively good tasting ice cream with low fat/calorie ingredients
but its pretty time consuming to prepare and you have to wait for it to freeze etc and theres initial set up costs ofc

imo tho if ur in a > 500 deficit nothings rlly gonna help u especially if u love food ur just gonna have to get thru the hunger
 
It's best to stay away from any sugar

The more you eat it, the more you want it


Meaning higher chance of you saying fuck it and start eating like shit again
