if its the texture you cant really do anything besides microneedling and getting it filled. if its discolored try hydroquinone.

I see, that's really unfortunate. However, keep in mind that tretinoin simply brings buried pimples to surface, it doesn't create them ex novo.
Are you using accutane/isotretinoin or a topical cream?
