Fear of Personal Dislikability Influencing Surgeon Effort/Cautiousness

I’m scared what if a surgeon thinks I’m an asshole or just doesn’t like me for whatever reason and performs the operation less carefully. How reasonable is this fear, and how can I minimize the chance of this happening? Just try to be as likable and agreeable as you can during consultations? But being super agreeable conflicts with my blackpilled looksmaxing goals. I want to request surgeons to do particular things to achieve specific aesthetics. I worry that if I ask for too much specifics or push back against the surgeon’s initial suggestions, I’ll annoy the surgeon and he’ll not be in a good mood when he operates on me.
