Feedback on my diet/supps

Hello, first post here. I hope everyone is having a great day.
Could I get any feedback on what to change about my diet?

Morning:
6 eggs, raw or scrambled
.75 cup organic oats w cacao powder
2 cups black coffee:unsure:
1 cup orange juice
fruit shake with kale

Afternoon
Greek yogurt with almond butter
banana

cereal before workout :lul:

Brazil nuts, canned tuna, milk, apples as snacks sometimes

Night
1 lb steak or 90% ground beef
1 cup rice
1 cup goat kefir

Supplements
Morning:
zinc 50mg
d3 5000 iu
biotin 1000mcg
beta carotene 7500 mcg
alpha gpc 600 mg
multivitamin (retarded ik)

Night:
ashwagandha 800 mg (random brand gonna get ksm66 soon)
magnesium glycinate 360 mg

Plans:
less carbs in May when I start cutting
considering 300 mg/week test e (or maybe enclo bc I'm scared about my balls :lul:)

Any/all feedback is appreciated! :)

5 cups of black coffee is better tbh

black coffee isint great, oats are terrible. multivitamin dosnt do anything, zinc isint bioavailable.

avoid almond butter and kale as well

besides that good👍

Zinc is good, oats is good, multivitamin is good.

Zinc makes me lose my hair and that's why it works.

Oats is good, he's probably trying to balance his diet so it can't be that bad.

Multivitamin (nvm) he's getting all the vitamins he need so he probably doesn't need it anymore.

Do you really think your absorbing the multivitamin? if that were the case everybodu would be taking them.

Oats are bad bro, just a bunch of antinutrients.

Yeah, it makes my pee yellow but its much better if you get it from real foods.

Oats literally helps your gut so I don't see point cutting it out, phytic acid in oats are not high enough to cause deficiencies.

I think OP cooks his oats so he's reducing the Phytic acid and Oxalates in his oats so I don't see point in cutting it out it has fiber.

fiber is indigestable. I just wouldn’t see a point in eatint oats given his diet, unless hes just trying to fill up space.

To each is own, i wouldent consume them but i agree with you and believe there fine for many ppl

Either I overeat and oversupplement or you're just eating for a 40kg woman on weight loss 😂
