Context: I have 3 years prior gym experience- including being 40 lbs heavier than i currently am. (prob 23% bodyfat-190lbs)
I kept about 10lbs of good mass and am getting back into the gym and I plan to use these peps as tools
Goal: add 10lbs lean mass, reduce visceral fat and get leaner at the same time. (160-163LBS, visibly sharper, harder, leaner, etc))
Current: 150LB-in shape, lean. average
Stack
*Tesamorelin* 0.5mg 5x/week for two weeks
*Tesamorelin* 1mg 5x/week for 9 weeks
*GLOW Blend* (GHK, BPC, TB500)
2MG GHK & 400MCG of BPC & TB500 3x/week, increasing frequency with tolerance
*MOTS-C* 10MG/3x a week, for 4 weeks alongside Tesa.
lemme know thoughts and feedbacks on this shit, this is all my personal research and want to hear from educated people in here
edit; i should note im 19y/o 5’11” 150lb.
