its pretty obvious what u should do.
abstain from addictive activities like having sex, drinking and doing drugs, playing video games, etc. at least for a while.. maybe a couple months. do stuff thats constructive and rewarding in the long term, things that don't give you meaningless and instant pleasure like reading, learning a new skill, going to the gym, building a meaningful relationship with another, eating healthily.

You can eventually reintegrate some of the addictive activities back into your life, but the key is moderation. Like you can do hookups and drink a little (but don't binge drink) but make sure you only do them once every 2 weeks and not everyday. Youll have your primitive urges satisfied whilst not completely frying your dopamine receptors and feeling like complete shit constantly.
