Ostarine, lgd, nolvadex and mk 677. Absolutely 0 sudes whatsoever

Added a little bit of size and bench went from 100 to around 110kg.

Will probably lose a bit of glycogen hopping off though. We will see

175cm 67-68kg morning weight

idk if its clothing, lighting etc but your lower body and midsection looks a little small imo.

Dont train core and just recently started hitting legs
Damn that physique at only 68kg is crazy, lifefuel tbh I thought I would need to get to 75-80 lean to look that good.
75-80kg lean is MASSIVE

Taylor Lautner, the guy from twilight was 80 lean at 174 and he looks the exact same as you in terms of size
I have thin bones, narrow hips, small waist and mostly untrained legs tbh. Thats probably it imo

He looks a lot of thicker in his midsection

Exercises which hit triceps are 4 sets of bench and 3 sets of tricep extensions, and for biceps I do 5 sets of pullups, 3 sets of single arm rows and to sets of single arm preacher curls all to failure

I train with anywhere between 5-12 reps to failure with 2-5 minute rest

Been on a bulk and prolly eat like 2300-2700 calories per day while training prettymuch everyday
I have a 3 day split, so I hit every muscle every third day

Looks good and you didn't do that thing that cringy thing people do where they find they most ideal lighting to make themselves look bigger than they are. Good job keep at it.

I'd be cautious about thinking you had 0 sides from taking all that. Maybe you took stuff after that helped though so unlike people who don't take stuff post cycle you healed up fine.

But you're right, that's all you really need in life. Enough to look strong in the right shirts, lean enough for the face, and skinny enough to have good cardio and still be fast and quick if you want. When people on here don't wanna hit the gym, it's silly and this is all you need. You can do it natty pretty quickly even.

Oh and don't forget your neck, and your legs .
