that's what it takes though, as long as you're still getting your micronutrients, keeping your fats at a reasonable level it should be all good
I'm doing 35g fat, 150g animal protein + some plant based protein that I dont count, and carbs usually between 60g and 200g depending on how much I burn that day. This shit however works very well, I started at 90kg, got cheek hollowing at 78kg, now at 72kg still havent lost any neck size, my strength is close to where it was at 90kg.
