i’ve been training for years now, so i’m used to lifting and shit, it’s not like i’m a newbie new to the feeling of picking up weights.

but lately, today even, i’m in the gym right now.
i’ve been feeling like throwing up when i force myself, no i’m not pushing myself too hard, i literally just started

why is this happening? anyone know anything about it?

Lifting man made metals in a man made death factory is unhealthy.

You're probably sick. Experience it before when I feel like throwing up would solve my issue. Forced myself to throw up in the restroom, still feeling dizzy:feelswhy: turns out I was sick.

Or probably you ate goyslop and your tummy is acting up:feelswhat::feelswhat::feelswhat::feelswhat::feelswhat:

Lifting weights doesn't make you handsome (unless you lose weight).

unfortunately i have a sub-parasyte face so i have to compensate with a good physique brody

5’7, it’s over for me

that’s why i’m aiming for a good physique, because if i can have a good frame atleast i’ll be able to say i have a quality instead of being a waste of space from head to toe
