Feels like my half brother is a stranger

My half younger brother we were always close but he moved somewhere far away with his Nan for a few years during our most important bonding time, pre teens or whatever ages 12-15 are but it really messed everything up, also not ideal that his Nan put him on like 6 different prescription drugs for anxiety and adhd while being fucking 12 years old, always fighting and we never see eye to eye on anything and the only interest we have in common is video games, and everyone in our town plays games so it’s not even a fair thing to have in common but we had a fight earlier today and I said I’d smack him he started saying he was gonna call the police and I realize that I genuinely don’t know this nigga at all and I wish I had a brother that didnt pick his friends over me and actually wanted me as a brother. But this dude is genuinely such a little bitch I wish I had a full brother from the same father so he could be more like me because a brotherly bond is something ive longed for, for years, and having no father figure for 18 years having a brother would be nice but I can’t even call him my brother
