Average person wears a shoe that adds 0.75-1.5 inches.

That means my shoe (which is 2.2 inches) is at the highest end of a normal shoe, + the 1 inch lift

= roughly ~2 inch perceived height

It's impossible to do this without getting made fun of or walking around like you are wearing heels.

The highest I can go for a short trip/date has been 2.5 inches. This configuration in my OP is definitely possible, if you are taller than 5'10 I find you can get away with more height frauding because your proportions aren't fucked as much
