Rates of female education must be increased, especially in undeveloped and disadvantaged communities. Female education is the most effective method for decreasing overpopulation. Inceldom is a symptom of a greater problem which is overpopulation. Let's say there are only 100 people on Earth and you are 5/10, only 50 people mog you. However, if there are 8 billion people on Earth and you are a 5/10 then 4 billion people mog you. Even though your SMV hasn't increased you will have more competition if the population increases. Although your SMV does not increase, you have a better chance of ascending within a smaller population since some of your competition might die, be gay, be infertile, not interested in romantic relationships, or descend lookswise.
Overpopulation doesn't just affect your life it results in the following:
The immigration crisis. 1 billion people are predicted to immigrate to the West soon due to climatic change-related crisis, this rapid influx of people will completely destroy the west.
Income inequality. The only reason why Elon Musk is a billionaire is because there are 500 million wage cucks in the US, he would not be a billionaire if the population were smaller, this is the reason why Elon Musk is a pronatalist.
Climate change and pollution
Inefficient and strained political and public infrastructure. Democracy was not made for 8 billion people. If 10 people vote each person has a 1/10 share of the power but if 500 million have a vote 1/500 million means each person has no power.
Worse life & job outcomes and exploitation from the private sector. Your life has no value when 8 billion people exist because if you die you can easily be replaced. Also, if there are fewer people, each person still alive gets to live a higher standard of life since you do not have to increase total resources to raise the quality of life.
Wasting of valuable resources such as gas, oil, and water.
Political instability and war. The reason why humans go to war is for resources whilst justifying war with ideology. More people on earth means resources are being used which requires war to prevent the increased population from starving.
The methods to increase female education are easy:

Many of you reading this will wrongly assume this will lead to a gynocentric future, it will not. Women will always want to partner with women who earn more than them even if they are very rich, this biological demand of hypergamy will always incentivise men to compete for resources just in a context of increased egalitarianism.
The idea that the economy will crash and this will lead to the end of human civilisation is bullcrap. Future debt can be forgiven. Most economic productivity comes from a minority of people which means most people work useless jobs and these productive people should be allowed to become more productive. Also AI is making a lot of jobs obsolete. Also the billionaires should foot most of the bill when it comes to economic debt.
We need to get rid of most people on earth simply because they're bad people female education removes these people. If the majority of people on earth are evil (even when they have the freedom to be good) then a large population means more total evil in the world, so by reducing the total amount of humans in the world we are reducing the total amount of evil in the world. Proof of human evil can be seen in the hypocrisy of humans, murder is wrong but we eat animals, we demand equality but refuse to share our privilege, we judge the moral failures of other people are completely their own fault but see our own moral failures consequences of circumstances rather than our own responsibility and so on...
A legitimate concern of depopulation decline is the eradication of ethnic and genetic diversity across the whole of humanity. We must protect the genetic diversity of all human however we do not need 1.4 billion han chinese people to preserve the Han or 1.4 billion people indians to preserve Indians, you only need a few ten thousand to do this generously.
