Sup bros. 6'0 185 currently i need help on what to do. Should i cut ahead of the summer? dont have that much muscle but figure that would be better rather than bulking.
Which parts should i focus on? currently running PPL. HAvent had a girlfriend in 2 years, how can i get gymaxxed so they talk to me?

You have to gain muscles. Slight caloric surplus or maintenance, lift heavy ass weights. Compound lifts only, don't waste time doing isolations.
