If a foid has good eyes then the rest of her face instantly becomes relatively negligible (unless there is a overly subhuman trait that destroys all). I’ve seen many foids who look attractive despite having noticeable recessions. In fact recession are way less relevant to females as they are to males: if a foid has a recession chin or shows no facial bones she just looks more cute, infantile and neotenous. If she has forward growth and sharp features then she looks more sexy and seductive. One way or another they can be seen as attractive, not to mention that they can always enhance their face with fakeup.

Wrinkles appear way later in life when the agepill has hit the majority of males already. As for acne, which usually appears in your prime years, it affects males 10x than it does to females:

That's why I said not acne, cuz I know it affects males way more. But even in mid 20s, I know a lot of guys with inexistent collagen but decent bones and beardfrauding and they still look good. A heavy smoker female in her mid 20s with low collagen would look much worse in my experience (relative to the gender average).
