Fembot: The precursor to "foid"

In 2000 (on their high school demo CD, before they were famous), the All American Rejects released a song called Fembot.

"Fembot" sounds like the 2000 equivalent of the term "foid"

Had the band never become famous, Tyson (the vocalist) likely would have grown up to be an incel (the fact 15 year old him referred to girls as fembots ). He'd be one of the few posters on here older than me.

I (at 34) am old enough to remember the time period when society in general wasn't as triggered by the term nigger compared to 2025.

When I was in 6th grade (which would have been Christmas 2002), I remember a kid in my class made a parody of a Christmas song where he added the term nigger

Come high school (2005-09), that very same kid would say stuff like "lynch a nigger" when one of the few black kids in the school would be in the stairwell at the same time as him.
