As you may know Fenugreek is one of the most powerful testosterone boosters, together with Tongkat ali and Ashwagandha.
(Reference)
However the effect of Fenugreek on appetite has never been discussed here
This site claims fenugreek is good for appetite suppression and leanmaxxing, and mentions 3 studies to prove it, whereas this second site claims fenugreek causes carb craving and increased appetite (but does not mention any study)
this third site claims fenugreek slows absorption of sugars in the stomach so it helps anorexic people with low appetite
Furthermore I found this study that proves fenugreek is useful to make children increase their weight.
Finally there is this HIGH-IQ research that compares fennel tea (FT), fenugreek tea (FGT) and placebo tea (PT) assumption in women to figure out if fenugreek and fennel work in decreasing the appetite

Subjects who drank FGT felt significantly less hunger than those who had PT (by two-way repeated measures ANOVA; p < 0.05), while those who drank FT showed no difference from PT and FGT. Fullness was higher in subjects who drank FT and FGT compared with subjects who drank PT. With respect to the subjects' desire to eat, subjects who drank FT recorded lower values on the VAS compared with those who drank PT, while subjects who drank FGT showed no difference from PT and FT. In addition, prospective food consumption was lower in subjects who drank FT and FGT than in those who drank PT.
