Falling birthrates do not matter. All that would happen is the workforce shrinks, infrastructure restructures to a small nexus, and large companies would downsize.

Unfortunately, the world is monopolized by bankers who seek to maintain their corporate monopolies, maintain the velocity of money and do this through replacement migrants for cheap labor and debt slaves. Now Europe will suffer a fate worse than shrinking infrastructure (growing demographic and cultural replacement).
