This is my first thread and I don't really understand all this bullshit, don't judge strictly

Probably some have heard of such a gene FGFR3
For those who don't know This is a gene that provides instructions for making a protein called "fibroblast growth factor receptor 3." This protein is part of a family of four fibroblast growth factor receptors. These proteins play a role in several
important cellular processes, including regulating
cell growth and division..
determining cell type, forming blood vessels (angiogenesis), healing wounds, and developing embryos. But most importantly, researchers believe that the FGFR3 protein regulates bone growth by limiting the formation of bone from cartilage.
In addition, overactivity of the FGFR3 gene causes a disease called "Achondroplasia." This disease, in addition to the short stature typical of people with growth hormone deficiency, is characterized by characteristic unique features, namely: disproportionately small limbs, sunken maxilla, poor development of the infraorbital bone and brow ridge. That is, we can assume that the opposite effect of hyperactivity will lead us to greater height, longer limbs, more pronounced superciliary arch, infraorbital bone, and maxilla.

But how can we protect ourselves from such a nasty thing?
Our solution is a miracle cure namely Meclozine!
But what the hell is this? You ask
Meclozine or Meclizine

Meclozinb6
PA132400000

Initially an antiemetic for pregnant women with toxicosis.
H1-histamine receptor blocker, reduces the vasodilatory and spasmogenic effect of histamine. Has a weak cholinolytic activity.

And why do we need it? It's simple!
In recent studies, meclizine has been shown to be an inhibitor of the MEK-ERK B FGFR3 signal.

In short, this drug does not inhibit the gene itself, it only blocks the signal to the gene by reducing its activity. This is quite enough to grow in conjunction with other drugs!
