does any one have experience with fgfr3 inhibitors specifically erdafitinib or tyra300? if growth plates are open would these be worth looking into or do the cons outweigh the pros

they are worth looking into if u can manage bw and sides, but just so you know dont even try to look for tyra as its too expensive per g + need 50+mg daily making it even more expensive on a daily basis, maybe if ur rich then yeah its ideal

yeah ik that only gonna take you as far as genetics allow, but wondering if the sides are worth the little bit of extra height. i think im only 2ish inches off my genetic limit

genetic limit is a myth, genetics determine fgfr3 expression aswell so if anything ur modulating gene expression.
