when i do it with my laptop webcam i get a range from 1.44 to 1.77 motly its 1.55 or 1.65 so does that mean similair ratio to pitts?

Download a pixel measuring tool and take a straightforward NO HEAD TILT IN ANY DIRECTION shot of yourself from arm's length away with your phone. Measure your bizygomatic width, which will almost certainly be the widest part of your face. Then, measure from your nasion (bottom of eyebrow between eyes) to the top edge of your upper lip. Divide the two numbers.

This is the best and most accurate way. It factors out all possibilities of lens distortion or angle fraud.
