Fighting increases test

With the sources out the way we shall begin:

Our ancestors commonly did one thing , and that was fighting thier asses out and most of them we're chads due to high test induced by andrenaline and by judging by times eating only moldy bread and being 5'7-5'9 is quite an achievement.

(I put an anzac soldier skull mogget jaw and zygos and a medieval soldier skull still mogger zygos and jaw , yes they could be high class and had acces to meat but u do the same in these days)

Ur bones also would not reach thier peek if u dont engage them


U should always engage in sports that demand high intensity and bone use if ur still in puberty donno if it works after
Also don't forget to beat a bonemasher up and help thier progress:banhammer:

The crap u eat will minimize ur potential (common knowledge)

So as a summary u must engage in combat sports even tho u will get beaten most likely since u are here but one day maybe u will beat that greycell or som
Engage in dangerous behaviour make sure to not get caught or die who cares maybe u will get a cool scar
Try to live as our ancestors did duh but not making a mud hut and banging a skinny hoe all ur life , prioritize going outside bozo



Or just blast tren,steroids or hgh idc did this thread for the greycells that wanna do it naturally

Winning competitions and achieving goals in general will increase test, not just fighting. I’m sure winning a fight is better, but you can get a similar effect from winning a football game, fucking a girl, getting a promotion at work, etcetera. Don’t get brain damaged from getting hit in the head

More realistically the blunt trauma of getting hit in the face from all that fighting induced more bone growth
