Age 14 vs Age 17

Truth is, i will never have the perfect proportions, but this shows that working out can actually improve your physique if you're a framecel like me genetically.

Reeves deadlift and wide grip lat pulldowns in these last 3 months have made my clavicles grow, 16.5 inches -> 17 inches. I measure it neatly. (Bidelt 22.5 inches)

Just some minor hope for genetic framecels like me.

maybe just puberty grew your clavicles bones

i doubt ur bicromial has increased by 0.5 within 3 months

Your concern is valid, but reeves deadlifts, wide grip lat pulldown and bench dumbbell pullovers certainly do affect your clavicle if you spam it for 3 months.

im not denying it being good for ur shoulders, but it wont help u put on half an inch in BONE mass to ur shoulders

your hips are hidden
take a standing mirror pic with phone near bellybutton 100% parallel to mirror and prob not much change

You need to build muscle on your lats and delts. Over time, you might get some frame growth too.
