Honestly,if i was very athletic, i couldnt play sport like basketball or football and work hard to be good at it. I never really liked them. Doing martial arts was way more fun to me, knowing that u can beat up most of the people is a realy good feeling

After corona ends and im gonna finish building musle im gonna come back to bjj ngl.

You have to be very athletic to progress in martial arts

i was state top 5 in 100m and in other athletics

i started my boxing career same age as my friend and im much better

yes but if i was athleatic i would chose martial arts over any other sport ngl. Also athletic can mean many things, some dudes are strong and explosive af and some are weak af but have insane cardio. Some dudes have insane reflex and shit. Also fighting is really mental too. Most underated thing in martial arts is fight iq, most of the best guys in combat sports are not just athletic guys, they can change their gameplans in the middle of the fight, set up traps etc.

idk i had great chance to become pro muay thai fighter one trainer called me randomly said he would coach me till a belt
