I ate it for a late breakfast - 200g it's the most expensive part of a cow, but delicious - medium rare, crispy on the outside & with a little bit of blood in the inside, I'm no goatis
My friend ate like a good soy cuck - big yoghurt with ton of chocolate granola...
So I had like 44g of protein and totally minuscule total calories compared to soy option that would 2x more calories, 3-4x less protein, lots of sugar / dairy and be hungry in 2-3 hours.
Try to eat something real sometimes it's super eye opening when you eat something actually good after eating goyslop for weeks and shiet
