For the average person who isn't recessed the ROI of filler and implants mogs the ROI of most bone osteotomies because they are 1. way more expensive, 2. they're less safe and accessible and 3. the risk of being botched is SIGNIFICANTLY higher(u can always take out implants and dissolve filler even if u get botched, if u get botched by double jaw surgery your life is basically over unless you've allocated enough money for corrective surgery which might not even succeed).
Filler in particular has an extremely high ROI if your main problem is being boneless, though if you're using a lot of it there are diminishing returns because getting it refilled might add up over time, making it more expensive than even DJS or implants, but it's still rlly good for fast cheap and instant results even if implants r better long-term.
