Your chin is fine. Your problem is eyebrows. Your eyes look good now but the negative tilted eyebrows look off. I’m looking for solution for this myself but I’m assuming Botox or an eyebrow transplant with some smart plucking could work. If you want 0.25 PSL you could get a Rhinoplasty.

No surgeon on this planet would give him a mlf3. Also mse is a big project, because if you dont have a crossbite, you will also need msdo and then braces for 1 year. Your psl is at 0 with braces in your mouth. He would loose very precious time of his prime.

It's hard to see with the beard in the way man, but I honestly do not think you need a significant amount of filler.

Your chin, when viewed on a side angle, falls on the short side when using the Ricketts Aesthetic Plane method to asses the harmony and balancing of your nose, lips, and chin. Adding some projection to your chin will enhance this.

Also, on a man, you want the width of the chin to be the Phi ratio of the distance in between your eyes. Phi is a method that many cosmetic practitioners believe to be the formulaic ideal of beauty that is replicated in beauty, nature, and art. For you, you would want your intercanthal distance to chin ratio to be 1:1.618 (in short, your chin would be slightly wider than the distance between the left tear-duct to the right tear-duct). This will give you quite a masculine appearance.

Also, you have some hollowing of your temples - which is what is causing the lateral tail of your eyebrow to drop. Restoring volume here in the temple region will help raise this part of your eyebrow.

I'd probably say those two areas are your most 'significant' problem areas.

If I was being super picky, I could suggest one day in the future you could treat your medial and lateral cheek area to help lift the mid-face, and maybe even put a drop of filler at the bridge of your nose to hide the bump and have a much more straight-inclined nose. It'll look good.
