Filler, genio, trimax?

I'm new to this, but I would really like to improve my side profile especially. Would i need bimax/lefort because of my recessed maxilla? Would i still need rhino after that? Or could i get away with just a genio and fillers? Also what rating could i achieve after surgeries? Money is no problem.

Look at your nose and think about a trimax, then you ask yourself. Is it possible ?

I'm sorry, but i don't think i understand what you're saying. Why couldn't i get my jaw/maxilla fixed and then reconstruct my nose afterwards with rhino? Does my nose just disqualify me from the surgery outright, or do you think it'll never look good?
