Reason 1: A very low volume is used , around 0.5 ml usually for decent results, if they are extremely hollow around 1ml - 1.5ml can be used , and even this is still very minimal compared to an area like the jaw where you can use upwards of 5ml PER SIDE are typically be used.
this is good for 2 reasons , one lower cost , and two not so much filler so therefore if migration occurs (which it wont i will touch on this in a min) then it will just be unnoticeable.

Reason 2: They Last Ages , first session lasts around 2 years sometimes 3 years, will last longer and longer as you keep going . will eventually be at a point where the results are permanent , around 4 sessions abouts.
some filler always stays so you get a little permanent result.

Reason 3: legit no risk, they use a micro cannula so can't puncture veins and nerves , fat can fuck up but still rare.

Reason 4: mega easy, no downtime , also no scarring.

Reason 5: reversible , and can be dissolved.
