On one side filler surgeons are completely denying the migration/bloating, and on the other hand there are surgeons that warn about these problems.
How can such a topic be so contrary??

I also asked my surgeon about this, and he said its not a problem if not injected into lips. He seems like a honest and serious guy. He told me about all the other risks, including blindness or necrosis.
Then the other question is how long are filler staying in the face. Some guys say it lasts for years, and migrates on the whole face.
So how is it possible that surgeons and filler brands say the total opposite? Is it mostly possible that it breaks down naturally? and if so, via which mechanism?

So how is this possible that there is no consensus??

So cheekbones also?
Why not the lower third? Seems like we move the jaw a lot when eating. So it would make sense that jaw/masseter filler should also migrate.

1. they don't know
2. they don't care

would only consider fillers as a temporary option tbh

Simple. It really just depends on where it was injected and how it was injected.
THAT FUCKING SIMPLE.

Is getting cheekbone fillers really that bad?

No bro, the filler is injected over the bone but it can migrate inside the masseter itself and cause problems.
I got filler to the masseter, and the surgeon told me he injected it under, or even into the muscle.

Depends on the filler. For example Juvederm voluma should never be injected into the muscle.

you should had asked this at the doctors. imo.
