Filler while in decomp for trimax?

Just thought about this since decomp takes around a year if you have the money can't you do some filler in the meantime I'm sure the surgeon can dissolve it pre op

I was thinking if I don't end up becoming a surgery first candidate like you guys said would doing some sort of filler like Juvederm Voluma for the year of decomp would be a good idea? I'm not sure if it would affect the lead up to the trimax in a negative way and I'm guessing the surgeon can dissolve the filler right before the operation, correct me if I'm wrong. I don't know much about filler but I know it migrates after a year or so and that's how long the decomp will take so it looks like a golden decision.
