you only become bloated if you have high BF in the first place or if you’re overfilled.

Its so much more complicated than just watching a 10 minute video
Type of filler used, area of injection, technique, how ur body might process the filler all play a part to results/migration/how long it lasts

There is a user here who knows a lot about it but I forgot his name jfl for bad-memorycels

afaik he said they need to be hyaluronic acid injected directly onto the bone since they can be dissolved unlike radiesse. Most filler nurses (or whatever you call them) don't really know how to inject for men since it's commonly a female procedure, they tend to overfill so in reality you don't need much filler to get your result or else they will inject too much and you'll look bloated. It also doesn't slip and slide easily like some users say, migration isn't immediate or severe. It only happens if you inject over and over with substantial amounts.

Migration is severely overblown on this forum man, don’t listen to anyone that saying you’ll get bloated. Where you’ll get injected as a man (jaw, chin, zygos, etc.) the filler almost never spreads if placed correctly. It’s only like lips, UEE, cheeks, NF you have to worry about and even then, if you have a half decent injector and don’t go crazy on the amount, you’ll be fine.

@Won'tStopNoodling of course

But that nigga is low inhib af he self inject filler mike a chief

There are several factors involved in whether a filler will migrate.

1. Technique used. You want someone who is experienced with the area that they are injecting into, so they know the right technique as well as the amount of filler to use.
2. Amount of filler used. Unexperienced nurses/doctors might inject with too much filler which can lead to higher chance og migration as well as giving you a more bloated look.
3. Location of where you are getting fillers. Areas that are in motion constantly are at a greater risk of migration, example: lips, or any area around your mouth. Pretty self explanatory.

As long as you find someone who experienced and professional, you should not have a problem. Constant injections however could stretch the skin but that would be over several years of constant use.

Just get it. You only know until you try. If you're a good candidate for it, then go for it. But fillers are a tool and the 'final touches' of any aesthetic ascension, in my opinion.

Granted you go to a good injector, have proper placement, and don't endure any complications, then the only descension is when the filler starts to fade away and your start to see your old face coming back. It's fkn frightening....

Yep, I've had fillers in the temples, under-eyes, cheeks, chin, jaw, nasolabial fold, and brow-ridge. All injectors have had to stop working this entire year because of lockdowns, so I'm starting to fade away lol.

Fat grafting can be another options, but also has its advantages and disadvantages. The fatty adipose tissue, when extracted and grafted into another anatomical subcutaneous region, only has a 30%-70% efficacy rate. Also, fat atrophies - which means if you live a highly active lifestyle and are constantly working out, then you might be wasting your money having fat grafts, because it won't be a permanent or long-term solution.

Just something to consider, man.

Thought that the idea is, once you graft the fat, the fat cells (the 25%-50% that got vascularized in time) never die, they just shrink, so you still have more "mass" in the area than before, even in low bf %
The only thing im the most uncomfortable with fillers is that a small portion might stay there for years and years, moving ever so slightly
Anyways, ill figure all this out with my doctor

also yeah, fillers are very tempting and the fact, that one half tells they are shit and other half days that they are good solution doesn't help

Tbh I've made up my mind, I am getting at least 1 round of filler
The only thing I need to figure out is if I wanna keep injecting filler or get a fat graft

You're right in saying that lipids and fatty adipose tissue expands and contracts, which is where the conundrum is. It just depends on your lifestyle. I'm constantly in the gym and working out, and my face is the first place that my body loses fat. Because of this, I have quite significant facial hollowing. My surgeon talked me out of having fat grafted into my face to fill these hollows, because it's counterproductive to be grafting fat, having it injected subcutaneously, continuing to go to the gym, having the fat cells shrink, and the hollows returning and reappearing.

But it might work for you man!

From now on I'm going to be telling everyone not to get them and that my mate's dad's mum's sister's goat had it migrate from her cheek to her nipple. I don't need anymore competition tbh..

Due to being blackpilled and reading PSL stuff, I can almost immediately tell if someone had fillers sometimes (e.g. in movies). It‘s just a certain look that doesn‘t occur naturally. Especially at jaw angles and lips (ugh)

You know if fillers are harder to the touch than fat? (I know there are many types of fillers and some harder than others, just asking on average)

Calcium-based filler like Radiesse definitely. But you‘re right, not all fillers are the same. I haven’t had any filler treatment before. I might only get it eventually to get an initial idea of what I might look like with jaw angle implants
