Fillers = blindness, high chance?

Read that fillers can make one blind, why da heck even do it then? If there is a chance it makes you blind???

I think it's cheek fillers (for larger, high set cheekbones) that may affect your vision range, but i don't get how it will make you blind honestly.
 
It's the doctors who say it.

There is a chance u can get hit by a car so why go outside.
also this only happens if the doctor pierces a blood vessel supplying the eye, this is easily avoidable if the surgeon uses a cannula so it doesn't pierce any blood vessel.
(Also if ur asking this ur prolly too high inhib to get any surgery)

You just compared going outside with fillers?
 
This is an extremely rare complication, which only occurs if the injector doesn't know what he's doing (uses a too sharp needle, doesn't know where the arteries are, applies too much pressure etc.). the highest risk areas are the under eye region, glabella, nose and nasolabial folds.

No i said that because it's an extremely rare that u don't have to worry about the risk
