Let’s say you have the bones but you just need a little touch up. For example you want your gonions to flare out more or you’re and your chin a little more pointy. Do implants or fillers make more sense? I only want replies from people who actually got them. Not paranoids who saw some guy on YouTube bash it once.

@Amnesia gets chin filler to broaden his chin and tbh id say its worth it. Chin and upper eyelids are probably some of the best places for filler, esp since they dont migrate as easily

only thing is that once youre in an LTR, ur bitch is going to find out sooner than later.

Some people say mandibular angle implants are worth it but i disagree. risk of migration + cost means implants mog

I haven't gotten either but I can tell you that both can be just as angular. You can either custom make an implant to be any shape you want or shave down an off the shelf design to suit your liking. Filler can also (albeit with more ease) be injected and sculpted to suit what the patient may desire. Fillers have the problem of needing to be maintained whilst implants are a bit more permanent. If you want to browse these two options for the gonial and chin area more feel free to search the terms "jawline sculpting" (for filler) or mandibular angle implants and chin implants (implant is in the name already) and compare for yourself

Assume cost is not an issue and the implant thing applies to LTRs too. If you’re serious eventually it will come out. She’ll see old photos or way down the road, the kids share some of your genetic traits. There’s no avoiding it.

i doubt it tbh. you could always reference a fat photo of you and say you lost weight or had late puberty or make up some medical reasoning. theres always a way to avoid it with implants but with filler, good luck

How do you get around the issue for kids

Implants absolutely shit on fillers

Imo the only argument I found is cost wise implants are better long term and for adding large amounts of mass

Just because you two are good looking doesn't mean you'll always have good looking kids. For example, there are many many genes responsible for height alone which means two tall parents could even have a short kid.
