Fillers vs implants?

Before u say something like rhino and cantho just know i have already scheduled canthopexy with Italian surgeon and rhino with local (Polish one) still have some funds for chin implant to make it bit more square or just little more in gonion area, i just want to get little more angularity since right now it looks kind of soft
