Likely, there is no way to change my bone structure so I've been looking at surgeries however I'm confused on what the point in getting fillers are if they don't last very long. What I'd like to achieve is stronger a stronger zygomatic bone as well as an increased ramus. So far, from what I've seen, these surgeries are achieved through fillers however these fillers last around 1-2 years. What would be the optimal perspective to have on this, are fillers worth it? I wouldn't want to look botched.
