1. Sexual Side Effects (Most Common)

Decreased libido (lowered sex drive)

Erectile dysfunction (difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection)

Weaker orgasms or inability to reach orgasm

Reduced sensitivity in the penis

Wouldn't recommend, in your shoes I'd grow my hair out a bit to cover temples and stay like that until hair transplant after a year or two if needed. And no you don't need fin/dut for ht. I know many guys who look fine and never took drugs after HT. BTW you don't even look bad hairwise.

Did you go straight to 1mg a day? I’m also nw2 with no signs of slowing down
