I dont know because I never had libido sides in the beginning it actually raised my libido for the first month, I had gyno pains from the start and they never went away while on fin.

I would say after 3 months your hormones should be stablized enough to make a judgement.

For me it was just a gradual decline, first lost morning wood, then libido started lowering until I got ED around month 8.
