I always drank a lot of milk. I’m 2 inches taller than my father. Average frame. Obviously genetics account for 99% of everything even your hormonal profile. I was really skinny my first year of high school and drank a gallon of milk a day . I can’t tell if it did shit I got taller but it was prob just me continuing to grow . Was doing it a little sophmore year too. I heard milk can greatly increase estrogen and decrease test, but I’ve also heard it can increase test. I’m not sure the effect it’s had on me I’m strong and I don’t really look feminine. A lot of my athletic tall “boney” friends drank a lot of milk. I’m going to stop drinking milk for 3 months and see how I feel because I am still 16. I know they put a lot of shit in cows and stuff but reading studies the amount of estrogen you even need to take in to have a significant effect is like well over a gallon a day. I’m thinking about getting all my d3 k2 calcium etc from vitamins and cutting milk out of my diet . I feel like a lot of high t athletes etc always drank a lot of milk and milk has been seen as the drink of bodybuilders athletes tall people strong people etc. I honestly have never been able to come to a firm conclusion on milk and other variables in western diets that contributed to height variations and shit. There are too many conflicting studies . “Oh fasting can increase height” “no eating a shit ton of cheese and milk can”. Honestly fuck the companies that fucked up my food growing up . And all the good shit is expensive and hard to get .
TLDR; milk = bad?
