Hi, I’d like to know how tall I’ll be when I’m fully grown. I’m 5’5”, I wear a size 44 in shoes, my father is 6’0” and my mother is 5’8”, and my grandparents are also taller than I am

Estimating height based off ratios is as reliable as thinking your plane will never be delayed; it depends, man. Just eat a shit ton, sleep a shit ton, and cross your fingers. Also dose GH, and when you are able to handle it, maybe AAS as well. It wont change height but will be good for clavs and could also hold your morning height better because of retaining water

I already do that—I eat a lot, go to the gym, and sleep about 8 to 10 hours a night. I’ve gained 12 kg in a year

Its impossible to say anything without a proper xray and bone age etc.

And even then it is not certain

for example my father is 5’7 wearing size 42 shoes and my mother is 5’4

but I grew up to be 6’2 wearing size 47s (literally no one in my family tree who is taller than 6’0)

Via ResearchGate, here is a study on glucosamine for morning height. it wont grow you forever but it will keep a half or full inch on you in the daytime, which with lifts is massive smv gain (study is in the pdf).
