Final List of EVERY LOOKSMAXX METHOD RANKED

So I've tried everything when it comes to looksmaxxing for over a yr, I will now rank them on tier system based on effectiveness. This will be BOTB worthy effort thread!



S TIER

- Calorie Deficit / Sub 10%bf or Death

This will be 90%+ of your looksmaxxing nothing else deserves to be in this tier



A TIER

- Skin Care

Tret, Moisturize, Sunscreen, Skin Bleaching, Darkcircles clearing

- Hairstyle
Tiktok hairstyle covering the forehead and not too long is ideal / PrettyboyMaxxing

- Neck Training
This will give you the "High DHT / High Test" look, very underrated

- Shoe Insoles
Can be S Tier for guys in the 5'7" to 5'9" range because this can make it or break it, barely any diff for guys under 5'6" and not as big of halo for guys over 6'2", (dont fraud more than 2")


- Makeup Options / Coloring
Using Eyeliners in the waterline & eyebrows, BB cream, Eyelash Curling, MT2 / tanning, Red undertones(BonesMashing too) this will be majority of your coloring efforts



B TIER

- GymCeling
This is 99% of your frameMaxxing efforts beside frauding with shoulder pads, use your time productively maximum gains can be accomplished by training 4x a week 1hr sessions

- DeepVoice Frauding
Talking slowly and from back of tounge, taking really deep breaths occasionally

- Jutting / Squinting

Only jut slight and hold with teeth & clench masseter to show off, dont squint too much as well, reserve this fraud effort only when people are around, the rest of the time you should let face relax because its a voluntary effort and a bit stressful

- Masseter Hypertrophy

Ideally you'd want to train them with resistance like this but hard chewing can work. Make sure you dont have shit masseter insertion or it wont look good when you are even slightly bloated.

- Minoxidil / Brows & Lashes

This is A Tier for guys with thin Eyebrows & Eyelashes. No matter how thick your eyebrows are, you can benefit from this, you can grow eyebrows lower if use this consistently for years which is major EyemArea ascension, also use derma roller along

- Hairline Prevention

Depend on person but even with slight hairline recession you should be on Fin or Dut, even no recession you should be applying Minoxidil daily.
Prevention is key when it comes to Hairloss.

- Clean Shave or Death

If you aren't recessed, no reason to make yourself look old this is very important to outgroup yourself if youre ethnic, Beard can help hide underdeveloped jaw tho

- RoidMaxxing During PUBERTY

Muscles are cope but this can help you develop some dimorphism, and no wont give you more forward growth because its encrypted in your DNA, your DNA doesnt know what BradPitt looks like, if your genes have only seen Sub5s if will try to replicate that only.

- HGH

This is extremely expensive but legit & better than Androgens for bonemass, wont make you taller even if taken prepuberty, it wlll only help you reach your POTENTIAL not exceed it (think of pouring gas on full tank), height is entirely genetic you can only reach your potential with HGH nothing above it. HGH can be useless to most because the side effects are organ growth(nose & ears too) so can decend you too.

- Lip Widening

Wont necessarily halo you but narrow mouth is a huge falio



C TIER


- Bonesmashing for Mogger Swell
Only do this occasionally before events to get the swelling in the Zygos, you'd do this overnight before bed. If you do this more than once a week say Bye Bye to your skin elasticity

- Fashion

No not the cringy Designer trend outfits, this would be SuitMaxxing, and wearing custom tailored simple clothes

- Teeth Whitening

Its a pretty big halo

- "DietMaxxing"

Eating whole foods will meet 90%+ of the requirements.
Remember BAD DIET CAN BREAK YOU GOOD DIET WONT MAKE YOU
Meat, Eggs, Dairy, Some grains, Fruits, Vegetables(yes) should be bulk of your diet, women wont notice the improvement you make from raw meat diet and it takes multiple after multiple generations to notice slight improvements from raw diets if you are already eating healthy whole foods and not starving in slums.
Again eating raw meat wont tell your DNA to look like Meeks because it doesnt know what he looks like, introducing chad genes to DNA pool will only help.

- Furosemide

80mg will debloat you enough but this is damaging to your organs only use 1x a month max

- Thumbpulling
Works but not worth the effort, you'd need to be doing this every 15 mins to see 2mm+ forward growth, but can make palate very slighly wider

- Frontalis Botox

Too expensive for it to be worth the minor change



D TIER


- Mewing Past Puberty

Wont do shit past age of 10 but its good if you can subconsciously do it, but not worth the effort if you have to voluntarily do this

- Nose Breathing Past Puberty

I am not saying to mouth breath but dont expect results from nose breathing but its a good habbit and make you look calm

- Bonesmashing for BONE GROWTH
I quit this recently after 1.5yrs, all the progress was just the swelling and I was destroying my skin only JFL

- Volufline

Got rid of my dark circles after 1yr consistent use but didnt do what it was advertised by Grifthcels on tiktok which is adding noticable fat cells for eye hooding and eyebags

- Eye Whitening

No significant difference for it to be worth the cost

- "Debloating" Methods

The only debloat method is losing fat. No potassium or electrolydes manipulation is significant enough

- PDO Threads

Did this just to see no difference



F TIER / COPE


- Orbicular Oculi Training – Muscle too small to grow, just causes wrinkles.
- "TestMaxxing / HGHMaxxing" – Sprinting, supplements, fasting = negligible difference. Diet covers everything.
- Clavicle Widening / "FrameMaxxing" – Only muscle growth helps. Bones won’t widen unless you roid in puberty (barely).
- Cold Showers – Atrophies muscles, increases stress.
- Icing for Hooded Eyes – Kills fat, purely looksmin.
- Towel Method / Belt Pulling – JFL, zero results.
- Zygo Pulling – Needs extreme force every 5 mins for minor change.


You might go from a 4 to a 6 doing all this and thats thats it, statistically every point up the scale you move you get 5x more options.
Grifthers on Tiktok will try to sell you "new methods" but the majority of Looksmaxxing is just getting lean, skincare and hair.
Remember they are only here for short time to sell you make money and disappear, they arent part of us.
