Thanks guys. But any tips on NT max. One day I feel fine and happy but then the next day I think of rope. I have been bad mentally since the quarantine(that's when screen and porn addiction began). My friends left me two years ago and were making fun of me and then my social skills got worse. Now I am better socially but still bad mentally.
