Finally have an appointment to check for scoliosis

Went to GP 9 months ago. GP barely checked properly and wasn't convinced, but referred me to orthopaedics anyway

Finally, next month I have an appointment. I'm pretty sure I definitely have it, but it's probably mild, so they'll probably think I'm overreacting and there was no need to go, but oh well

Better knowing (and hopefully get an xray), than feeling twisted but not knowing if there's actually anything wrong, and to what extent

I was 15 had my surgery around 16. I larped about my height twice but I went from 167 cms to 184 cms which was insane tbh

But fixing a curve that bad could give 2-3 inches or even more

I'm just hoping I don't have it bad enough to where it will progress through life

Yes. I can't remember the exact degrees of it. It caused me to get rejected from the air force. But it hasn't caused me much trouble.

The treatment is insane. The painkillers didn’t do shit I was in agony for months. Your back feels so stiff and you unironically feel like a robot. It’s legit hell on earth
