Water only
No high fat/high sugar snacks between meals
High protein low carb food

Don’t even need cardio!
i was low bodyfat until around 18-19. after high school i got kinda fat and it has been getting worse in the last year (im 23) but I’m back on the right track boyos :chad: Being lean is the biggest looksmax
