Finally settling appeal vs psl debate (high iq)

Theres two ways to interpret appeal:
1) Using it synonymously with smv so including face, height, physique, money, status etc
2) Talking just about face

1) If its being used synonymously with smv then yes it is more important than just psl because it includes psl and other things which are objectively important so theres not much to say about this

2) If its being used to just solely talk about an appealing face then it gets a little more complicated but i think i can explain it simply.
One issue in the psl community is that there isnt a completely 100% objective rating scale as different raters place more importance on certain categories e.g one rater may put less importance on dimorphism than another rater so ratings do have some level of subjectiveness to them. This is important because we usually put more importance on dimo and angularity compared to girls. This is why pretty boys are usually the most appealing to girls eventhough when we see them sometimes we think they’re underrated like how recently people have been saying chico doesnt even hit chad eventhough hes known as the wattpad king or whatever they call him.

So yes appeal vs psl is a real thing and i would say its more like appeal vs mog. If you want to mog another guy having traits like dimorphism become more important compared to if you were trying to out-appeal that person. This is why you see people saying things like ben affleck mogs henry cavill because of the ‘skullpill’. If you want to mog someone having a more dimorphic jaw will probably be more important than having ideal eye area ratios.
