Finasteride and dutasteride side effects real or nocebo?

Side effects are reported in about 1% of users and i feel like reading about the side effects will make you get them or think you've got them. Could this 1% be attributed to nocebo retards who panic about everything they read?

That doesnt prove they are real tho? If these people are worried about not getting an erection or becoming depressed then obviously it will start to happen to them. Also its proven that when people weren't warned about the side effects, those people experienced less side effects

I'm not saying don't use 5AR Inhibitors either they are great tools

For sure there are people experiencing side effects. Im saying that most of those people probably read about the side effects beforehand and therefore are more likely to get them. There was a literal study where the ones not warned about any side effects experienced much less or none at all
