Finasteride at 19 Do I need Minoxidil?

Here is a link to how my hair currently looks, one of my temples is completely fine the other one looks like this, I hopped on Finasteride 3 days ago. Hopefully early enough. Do I have to use minox with my situation or should I just wait to get a hairtransplant and ignore minoxidil?

try everything first. Transplant should be last resort and certainly not at 19.

nevermind, but essentially, keeping scalp health is important, shampoing deeply and showering daily without poo, to remove dandruff.
But minox made my temples grow around more than 1 cm, maybe 2,
but its only baby hair, and the roots are pretty weak on minox hair.

but even completely bald parts of your temples will grow back, however the more you bald the more you lose.

yeah, honestly, you can litteraly feel when you're starting to bald.
i only have old minox rn and ive been balding.
but its fine again, its more or less overall hair health.

minox and finasteride is easy to do, but only put on temples.

honestly, ive been doing 0 effort, litteraly just spraying occationally.
but ill do prp therapy on my roots.
they do get strenghtened, but if ur lazy like me and let a coat of dandruff go over the follicles cant breathe

Stick to only finasteride.

You dont really have anything to regrow. So might aswell stick to using the least amount of medication possible
