Dut is 528.5 Dalton, which places it above the 500 Dalton rule for transdermal drugs. So topical Dutasteride may not penetrate the skin enough to work properly. Oral dutasteride is the most effective 5AR Inhibitor so its reduces DHT as much as an 5ARI can reduce it. Finasteride is okay if dut is hard to get where you live or if you dont want to nuke DHT completely.
