Can someone who is knowledgeable help me. My anxiety is so bad while using 5ar blockers. I get random panic attacks simply by having discussions with people. and Brainfog. I tried Ashwaghanda and Melatonin but it won't work. Apparently blocking 5ar will result in increase in corticosteroids which elevates ur cortisol levels.

You should quit eating carbohydrates.

Carbohydrates are units of energy and atoms of hydrogen.

You cannot consume units of atoms.

sure... if you're taking corticosteroids, then reducing your androgen activity will increase the effectiveness of corticosteroids if you're taking corticosteroids

Here is some AI answer:
5α-reductase inhibitors (5-ARIs) like finasteride and dutasteride significantly affect neurosteroid synthesis by blocking the conversion of testosterone and progesterone into neuroactive metabolites. Key neurosteroids impacted include allopregnanolone, 3α-dihydroprogesterone, and tetrahydrodeoxycorticosterone (THDOC), which are crucial for mood regulation and cognitive function. Externally, allopregnanolone can be supplemented, potentially mitigating some adverse effects of 5-ARIs.

So I should use allopregnanolone?

1mg of Fin once a week. 6x Dutasteride 0.5mg a week. I'm slowly getting off fin.
BRUH

Of course your gonna have anxiety you have NO DHT. Fin blocks like 70% of DHT on op of that you have Dut which blocks 90% of DHT

fix your dosing. What norwood are you? or is this for preventative measures.

Supplement with allopregnanolone and take magnesium glycine before sleep.

Also take 0.5 mg fin everyday without minoxidil until your hairloss is halted. Don’t touch DUT unless you’re nw4-5 atleast.

Also if you follow everything I said, just pm me every week on your mental progress. You should feel better. But let me know bc I dealt with this and I don’t want people to suffer unnecessarily

Come off quick, these sides could be permanent. Androgen deprivation is very dangerous to the developing brain. Aromatase inhibitors fuck with neurosteroids in the brain.
